Qigong is an excellent exercise system for the mind, body and spirit but, with such an incredible number of systems, offering a range of approaches to improved health, well-being and self-cultivation, it can be a daunting prospect knowing where to start. A good place would be our Introductory article 'Qigong - A Comprehensive Overview', by Dr Roger Jahnke, which goes a considerable way to providing an clearer insight to the many ways in which qigong can be taught and practiced. It should very helpful, particularly to those of you who are relatively new to these disciplines.
