Finnish man uses Tai Chi to stop traffic in China
Ma Ruinan, the Chinese name given to this Finnish foreign language teacher, has stayed in Fuzhou, Fujian province for 11 years is at a loss to understand why a culture which has the sensitive, slow art of tai chi has so many drivers who are in too much of a hurry to stop for pedestrains. The picture, however, seems to depict qigong rather than a recognisable tai chi movement!
